THINGS TO DO

Have swim

At the beach, sunbathe until you are burned!
The beach near the center of Obzor can be very busy. The beach near the wooden stairs that  lead you to the Cliff Hotel is more relaxed. For swimming in this spot pay attention: there are some rocks in the sea at this point. Also notice, everybody has his own little umbrella to have some shade on the beach. Sun can be very hot in summer.

Walk the Kaleto Ecopath

We did a round walk from the hotel (see the purple track in the map below) from less then 10km and hooked up with the Ecopath Kaleto. You’ll be motivated by a little ancient fortress on top of the hill, but there is actually nothing left to see other then some lonely rocks. There are three sources on the path. One still has water you can tap, the other ones are dry.

Visit the ancient archaeology near point Byala

We walked from Obzor on the beach to the little harbour in Byala. The archaeology site is a small place, but beautiful restored. There is an entrance fee.

Visit Nessebar

On old little town on a Peninsula. But be warned, very touristic and crowded!

Have a look around

And see random stuff like a coffee machine locked on a chain. The local busstation. Archeology in the city. Or a beautifull flower next to the swimming pool of our Hotel.
